I've ordered from them loads and never had a problem, and even when I've chosen the cheapest delivery method my order has arrived the following day.

However, I also placed an order on Friday afternoon (after 3.00 generally means it's unlikely to go out that day) and while I didn't expect my order to arrive over the weekend I did expect it to go out yesterday but I haven't heard anything either. Not overly worried though, I trust these guys (been buying from them for a good while now), I'm sure we'll hear something today.

I need to find the cheapest place to get US powdered lemonade from. You simply can't get it over here, the bottled stuff is always too weak.

More worryingly, in my "previous orders" it says "sent" but when I click the "tracking" section, it goes to parcelforce, but there's no record of it.

As I say, my first order and it's not great first impressions. You shouldn't have to chase orders nowadays.

Just phoned them and my package went out yesterday. The guy said they'd been having a few 'issues' but I couldn't get down to the nitty gritty as my office was starting to fill up with people wanting to see me ... but he followed up with an email with the Parcel Force tracking number.

It's a bit shoddy, for sure, but it seems goods are on their way.

Might be worth a phonecall Jebus.

Apparently they are only open from "11am - 3pm" which means I can't ring them.

If mine was sent yesterday that means it'd arrive tomorrow, which means I have to wait in all f*cking day, again, for a parcel.

No reply to my email either.

EDIT: Tried ringing anyway, got some info about having to print labels manually and that causing some issue or another. Took a number and said he'd ring me back.

EDIT 2: Got the callback, sent yesterday via PF48 so should be here tomorrow in theory. Got a tracking number now at least.

Undecided about whether I'll use them again, I know we all have **** happen, but it's my first order with them. Will see how the goods are when they get here, make a decision from there.

So I got my order in the end...and what a disappointment!

The classic coke...tasted exactly like current normal UK coca cola! I'm actually dubious I even got the product I asked for as it just said "Coca Cola" on the tins, nothing about "classic" whatsoever!

The big red...was horrible.

The payday bars...average to poor.

The baby ruths were quite nice.

The jolly ranchers were okay, some good flavours I remember and some horrible ones like the grape!

Oh well, kind of a waste of money there I guess!

IMO, OK but nothing amazing. Not as flavoursome as the Real McCoy's variety and a slightly oily aftertaste.

Definitely not a patch on the mighty Paprika flavour, but worth a shot when they are currently selling in a "2 bags for £1" offer.

As for the US soft drinks mentioned in the last few posts on here, how the feck has nobody mentioned Coca-Cola Vanilla? Best. Cola. Ever.

I've been addicted to Walkers ready salted recently, so plain and simple, but soo good.

I avoid Walkers. Only to be eaten when there's no other option.

I used to love KP, Golden Wonder, Tudor ... there's rarely sign of anything other than the Walkers juggernaut nowadays.
Walkers bag = 80% air.
