Oh yeah, Sky Go also only seems to be available on iphones. Samsung Galaxy S2 and S3 and certain HTC's AND if you update to Jelly Bean, you can't actually watch Sky Go as yet on any android devices!!

I'm going in with the box tomorrow of the opinion that
A) If the screen did need fixing it's because somebody else broke it and I'm not prepared to have it
or
B) If it didn't need fixing why are you trying to screw me out of money? I'll take a new handset for the inconvenience.

Thanks for the replies phillai! Decided the Note was a little too big (indeed, the S3 is too really and I'm not fond of the colours or shape) and the iPhone 5 will cost way more than I want to pay regardless for at least 6 months when second hand prices might start getting reasonable.
So yesterday I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S2 and am loving it so far

Well, I made the decision to move from my iPhone 4 (first iPhone I ever had) back to Android again, in the form of a Galaxy Note 2. I wasn't going to buy a Samsung phone again after my last experience with them but the phone just ticked all the boxes for me.
Being completely unimpressed with the iphone 5 (personal opinion) I decided to look for a new phone as the home button on my 4 was driving me round the bend.
First impressions so far are -holyjesuschristitismassive.
Screen is lovely though and it is very nippy. Lots of little touches on it that I am sure the S3 owners will be familiar with. However the S pen has sold me completely. Being able to 'write' a text again is wonderful, especially as my sausage fingers used to struggle with the iphone. (Not that the keyboard on this has any such issues!)

Got me a Sony Xperia T on Friday. Otherwise known as the "Bond Phone"
My God, it's amazing! The screen is only 2dpi less than Retina Display and the added Bravia Engine makes videos look really lovely. The Walkman software is Iceland easy if you use drag 'n' drop in Windows Explorer but takes a card if using Media Go as it concerts everything from AAC (iTunes) to MP4. The sound quality is good enough for me to consider dumping my iPod.
4.6 inch screen is just large enough to get around with one hand without shifting grip and is really comfortable in the hand.
From lock the camera button boots in about a second which is great for taking random pictures.
Had some issues with contacts and linking to Facebook & Twitter; the phone tells me there are no links available when there clearly are.
It'll be due an upgrade to Jelly Bean too when that hits.
So yeah, well happy.
Only thing I miss from my HTC One S is the weather animations but on this when it's foggy I get a little lighthouse on the screen.

Anyone know anything about the Nokia Lumia 800? They have had a big price cut on Orange and my poor old Samsung Blackberry knock off fell out of my hand for the very last time yesterday.
Mainly interested in the xbox live and if the internet is a pain to use? Well I say internet...here and facebook really

In that case I will borrow my mates old phone for a bit til the Windows 8 ones are out. Then hopefully the prices on the old ones will plummet furthur.
I dont care about being up to date phone wise...I drop/misplace my phones constantly so anything swanky is pointless. Too expensive or needs insuring.
