That a more socially acceptable way of saying "im on teh aktins/southbeach" or are you on something of your own creation? either way, good work so far

I use the Southbeach approach (much more nutritionally sound than Atkins), but I'm not a Nazi about it. During the week I stick as close as I can to it, but if the wife and I (she's lost about 50 pounds) go out and the restaraunt we end up in doesn't have anything low card, then we just get what they have and figure it'll all wash in the end.

It's worked well for us thus far.
