I had to shield my eyes from the sun, and then when I got back inside I couldn't stop them from painfully weeping for about 10mins. It was harsh.

Had to share this with someone, doing it here just seemed logical. This "incident" happened at work today, instead of explaining it in detail I will just tell you guys the dialogue that took place between me and these customers.

* 2 Customers (1 male and 1 female) walk up with 2 DS Lite's (1 white, 1 black) to the counter*

Me: Hi there, how can I help?

Lady: Yeah, erm do you clean DS's?

Me: Clean DS's? *thinking it is a slightly odd question* No we don't I'm afraid but you can get cleaning cloths for them.

Guy: But our DS's are really dirty and need cleaning....well shining up.

Me: *thinking wtf* Erm we don't shine or clean them, once a customer buys one it is their responsibility to clean it. *showing them the cloths" We sell these, they help keep it clean.

Lady: But our machines are still in gurantee....?!

Me: *hearing that I want to burst out laughing but I stay professional* Yeah the gurantee covers faults with the DS not if it gets dirty, that is the owners responsibilty.

Guy: But they are not working because of the dirt and dust.

Lady: Yeah they just turn off sometimes while in the game.

Me: I will check them out for you, that is not a problem.

Well the "incident" ended with me checking the DS's, both were working fine with no turning off. One just needed charging up and the other was perfectly fine, they were just extremely dirty.
We had a huge laugh about this throughout the day today. I made up a new catchphrase......."Shine ya DS guvna?!"
