yesterday was awesome. I sat in the garden all day reading and playing my DS whilst Grace pottered about playing with her dolls and stuff. Getting a nice tan. Drank loads of fruit juice and had talkSport on in the background. Then I laid up on the bed and watched back to back footy matches.

It just got crap here, all overcast and raining now, I was planning a cycle in the sun too! Ah well, if it stays crap this week I don't mind as then I can sit in playing my new PS3 all week without feeling bad!

Had a bonza day yesterday! Me and the missus had planned to do nothing all day and after a long lie-in and a roast lunch, a mate of mine called to say that he couldn't go to the Zutons gig at Bedgebury Pinetum in Kent (about a 20 min drive from where we live) and so would we like the tickets! Well, Mrs Funkydan is a massive Zutons fan and so we couldn't believe our luck! So we went and a had wonderful evening - it was all nice and warm with a friendly crowd. Support came from Noah and the Whale and The Mystery Jets who were both ace. Then The Zutons played a blinding set for about an hour and 20 minutes - all in all, a super Sunday

Arrrrrr have been stang to **** off mosquitoes. They have attacked some key pressure points for massive irritation as well. Got one sting right on my elbow, one on my kneecap and one on my back, I am sure more will surface as the day goes on.
