I can't stand the small talk, which is one of the reasons I get my haircut by a Lithuanian barber who can hardly speak English. What bugs me mosta bout the small talk is that when they ask me if I doing anything at the weekend I never am. I sound like a right loner.

@the buddahman just remain completely silent like me, the soon give up, although i think they think im some kind of mental retard, well judging by the way the cut my hair they do. I swear to god my barber has never done a days training in his life. God i wish i could find a decent barber. (i also had my haircut today)

What was more annoying was when she asked me what I did for a living and I told her about how I worked on an acute stroke ward, she followed that with "Wow that's really interesting, I took 3 codeine tablets accidently yesterday and I felt really spaced out".

Yeah, like that's the same - completely related to my profession!

I hate the barbers and their talk. Social interaction isn't my thing. (unless we're talking through a microphone that is sending my voice as digital impulses miles across the world).

Currently i'm writing an essay for Jaws. Although this forum distracts me too much.

I hate going to the hair dressers so I cut and dye my hair myself.

I have messy spiky hair that is either dyed blonde or red/black/whatever. Cutting it requires no skill and takes all of five minutes.

I often have to finish myself off (lol) after returning from the barbers. Sometimes in the shop it looks sort off alright, however by the time i get home i look like an extra from one flew over the cookoo's(sp ffs) nest. Not the look im rocking.

Oh and another thing thats bugging me, since when did check shirts become all the rage? I hate check shirts which is unfortunate for me. If i wanted to dress like a **** id join the ****ing kooks.

Sidenote: Why is the forum so quiet at the moment anyway? Let's talk about what everyone is upto tonight - I'm downing a few crafty glasses of Leffe and thinking about what to do. Since I'm poor I might stay in *sob*. Decisions, decisions.

I'm away into the town centre for a mates birthday. Not planning staying out too long as I'm working tomorrow and trying to conserve money. Also my cats are looking sad that we are about to leave them
