I've been stuffing my face the last 2 days now, it's actually quite difficult. Eating so much carbs and protein. At times I've been forcing it down even though I'm not hungry!

Just had a massive plate of wholemeal rice and two chicken breasts after getting in from the gym and off to make a huge sandwich with Tiger bread and ham/cheese to take to work tonight.

Tiger bread rocks, couldn't eat it every day but is lovely for a change. Asda do Tiger Rolls and Tiger Baguette's also - if you weren't aware.

Ohh I'll give that a look then. No Asdas that close to me though, always Morrisons as there's a huge new one about a mile from my house now! I do quite fancy a Tiger Baguette though....

You'll find that windows blue screen error flashes by in the first 5 seconds or so as just part of the visual noise.

I've not seen a caterpillar in years, but son found this one in the garden the other day, was about three inches long. Although harmless, markings didn't look too friendly.
