Been doing a spot of cooking this afternoon. I made some Thai spring rolls.

They taste lovely, if I say so myself.

Oooo - they sound ace - how do you make them then?

You should start an "Official NTSC-uk Cooking" thread - we don't have one of them

i am exactly the same. i hate going shopping because of knuckle dragging mouth breathers and the great unwashed ruin my day.

and that's just the shop staff...

Thats a relief, thought it was just me. I wanted to start ranting and raving at people, possibly including the use of extreme violence. Why? Not sure? I think it because people are dawdaling scum and should make way for me wether they see me coming or not. Hell i even resent having to stop for cars when crossing the road. Pedestrains have the right of way mofo! And use your ****ing indicators you tosser. Have have a superiority complex and an infirority complex going on similtainously. Im very angry today.

Supermarkets and roads bring out the worst in people Basically everybody thinks they own the place and they're so far up themselves when navigating these places they forget that other people might want different things from the experience. Like getting their shopping as quickly as possible with the minimum of fuss. Some people actually want to pick up the fruit and veg instead of standing there weighing it in their hands. Some people know how to use the automatic checkout machines and don't want to be held up by idiots who can't follow simple verbal instructions like "place the item on the belt". AAAARGH I hate shopping!

Roads are worse because every pencil-necked geek suddenly thinks he becomes Batman when he gets into his chelsea tractor / coupe / stupid little sports car*.

                    * I saw a neighbour getting out of his Lotus Esprite once, and watching him struggle to throw himself onto the pavement from its low seat completely destroyed any credability as far as I was concerned.

I know excatly what you mean, grrrr. People have no self awareness of how there behaviour effects others. Particularly in Asda. Anyway i better calm down before i become the new muse_hunter

Just got back from a little tour around Cambridge for conditional offer holders. The food was atrocious, so I just drank squash (which had a fahkin fly in it, only a small one, but still a fly), the people are boorish with strangely juvenile senses of humour, and the very best discovery, there are far more hot girls than you'd imagine - the one showing me around was top tier. I stand out like a sore thumb (some of them were like strange child adults) but juding from the unusually high ratio of good tang to dross, I'll endure it.

The worst bit is if you are in a shoping centre (which i avoid at all costs) and you are just minding your own buisness and all of a sudden some gowl just cuts right accross you, pisses me off to no end.

Asda is great for mutants. Its because poor people are ugly. Luckily i buck the trend. Only Iceland is worse/better. (the supermarket not the country)
