The best bit about Christmas for me was just before bed on xmas day night, myself, my dad and my mate Pete were channel surfing and found some stupid thing called "Sexy Urban Legends". Watched a couple of minutes and there was a so-called Urban Legend about some couple filming themselves and the video ending up in the wrong hands. Anyway, the show was narrated by a bloke in a similar style to those american "America's Funniest Animals" style clip shows, and he used the term "BALL-BATTER BASTE-AGE!" to describe the point where the male "actor" lost his mess. We were laughing for about half an hour at that. Classic!

Played on a vectrex for the first time tonight. Actually the first time I've ever seen one running. So beautiful. Need to buy one now. When you get a bright spot and you get the corona around it.

Should be fun to mess around in some assembler as well.

Some muppet just ran a red light and clipped the side of my car in the process, then just sped off like a complete tosser.
(though despite feeling and indeed hearing an impact, I cannot actually see any damage...will check again in morning)

That sucks Pete, I once had someone hit me from behind after a red light turned green and she just put the boot down without waiting for me to go and smacked into the back of my car. I got out the car pure raging and shouting at her since I had literally just got my car back after being smashed up a month or two before and looked at the back and there was not even a scratch.

I was amazed, took all her details etc just in case but it was mint condition somehow! Lucky escape and hopefully you've had the same!
