To come back from 0-30 in that game, and with that superb second last point shows there's much more left in this game yet. Loving it.

Amazing stuff my Djokovic now, positioning for so many shots on second serve has been awesome.

      Tennis commentary is utterly awful.

I love that the Australian representatives for the award ceremony just sound like some bloke from down the pub though.

It looks like Murray took Lu to the cleaners...

            Quite a generalisation there.

Guys like David Mercer, John McEnroe (more of a general Tennis pundit) and Jonathan Overend (On BBC Radio) are quite rightly recognised as being excellent at Tennis commentary.

I know little about Tennis but Pat Cash and Goren Ivaneisvic (sp) on Radio Five are ace. Listening to them talk about the match really brings it alive. Plus Pat Cash likes The Maiden.

Pat Cash has done the rounds on BBC TV and Radio for years now. He definitely knows his stuff, although I find he tends to constantly change his opinion about who will win Wimbledon!

Ivanisevic I haven't heard, but he was a great personality as a player so he'd have to be value for entertainment if nothing else.

In any case, I can't rate Jonathan Overend's Tennis work on BBC R5L highly enough. He should be covering Tennis on BBC TV by now. One of the Beeb's very best, pound-for-pound.

Overend is ace isn't he. He clearly has the respect of the pros.

Federer finding things tough at the moment as well. 2-1 down and a break down.

I made that post about 6 months ago during some of the worst commentary ever. I think it was during the Australian open and some stupid things were being said, not that I can remember it now.

I just keep thinking back to the French Open a few weeks ago when Tsonga blew him away from the baseline.

Don't think he has it in him anymore to trade with these younger, stronger guys from the back of the court, but how many times has he made his doubters look silly?

...and of course he's broken Stakhovsky back in the third!

Looking good for Murray if both Federer and Nadal are gone from his half of the draw. Hope Federer turns it around though!

Federer freaks me out with his lack of sweating - wouldn't surprise me if he was revealed to be some sort of uber cyborg experiment.
Big fan of Stakhovsky's fist pump.

Federer out in four sets. His run of reaching at least the QFs of majors ends at 36 tournaments.

                            Murray-Djokovic final then?

                              Wow. He was ace.

Well done Stakhovsky. I really wanted Federer to reach twenty grand slams, but I think that's probably out of reach now, so I was hoping for him to get eight Wimbledon wins. Not this year though!
