Red Lynx from Trials 2/Trials HD fame have just released a teaser trailer for a new iPhone game, may possibly be called 1000 or 1000 Days.

Imagine a game with a new character every day: 1000 heroes to discover.
A legendary journey through time with a thousand stories to uncover.
Explore a new map each time you play, adventure through a thousand levels.
A world filled with treasure to find, more than a thousand relics to gather.

Imagine a game that lasts one thousand days.

        Want to know more?

Sound pretty cool, especially with the nature of mobile gaming a different game to play daily is a good idea.
1000 Days, almost 3 years of play.

The idea sounds interesting, what does it all mean though!!?

Tiny Wings is deserving of the hype. A lovely little game with a really nice style. Simple to play and one I just keep wanting one more go of.

Speedball 2 was supposed to be out today. No sign...

I can't stop playing Tiny Wings. It's the loveliest thing in the world.

Currently on a 24x multiplier and STUCK though!

I haven't really been paying attention to multipliers or coin collecting or anything. I've just been trying to get to the next island. I'm pretty rubbish at it - only made it to island 7. It's just lovely to play though.

The makers of Game Dev Story have just released Hot Springs Story, which is just as good as their first game.

Deffinitley worth getting, if you can stop playing Tiny Wings I mean...

Also found out today that juBeat+ is available on the j-store too. As a Bemani nerd I am excited, however the whole in-game purchases are proving to be a pain in the arse.

jubeat been out a few weeks but i can't get it to work on my ipod touch... i think it might be ipad only!

failing that, i discovered igobeat mini which is a very good jubeat clone.

playing black eyed peas 'i gotta a feeling' on hard is good fun!!

and talking of riddum games i also found that taiko 3 is available now - its got even less tunes than before (3 rather than 5)... like the other taiko ios games, you can purchase more songs.

Nope, works fine on my iPhone 3Gs It is a bit crap on the small screen though. You can't really see what's you have to touch in time because of your fingers being in the way.

Tiny Wings is excellent though I wish it had a few more modes. For a bargain game thoug it cannot be beaten.

I see Sonic All Stars racing is coming to iOS. Early footage shown & it's looks faithful to the console versions but lacking online play. Has 1v1 bluetooth and 2-4 wifi local play.

I am the only old saddo that's bought Speedball 2? Very nice version of the old classic with virtual d-pad or tilt controls. Plays exactly as you remember it with spruced up 2d graphics and all the familiar sounds. Retains the familiar style artwork as well.
If this sells well we will be seeing more old Bitmap Brothers games remade for iOS so fingers crossed.

I can't get on with the controls, to be honest. I find them very twitchy and, when a game relies on a clear 8-way direction control method, it's a total frustration when I throw the ball somewhere I don't want it to go. I may well pick it up as a PSP Mini if it makes it there.

I'd be more interested in the Bitmap Bro games coming to the 3DS or PSP.

Magic Pockets please. Include the full version of Betty Boo's Doing the Do this time!
