I'm not going to flame you Tommy, but just out of interest, why is it lower for someone to slag a person off after they are dead, provided that they knew them or had met them in life? In my book it's okay to say "Let's just say we didn't get on. Wouldn't wish him dead, of course, but I wasn't a fan".
