I paid £27 for my GT5, got it the day before release and haven't played it since a few weeks after release. Fun while it lasted though.

Luckily CeX is giving £28 cash for it so probably going to do the nasty this week, then I can rest easy.

Btw, did you put those fans in your 360?

@nakamura: I don't, no. I'm going to assume you probably like it, though?

Well I was going to say sell it if it annoys you so much.

Nah they came with em. Obviously installed previously. I think I'm done with 360 now..

That's the plan. I'll probably rebuy Photo Sim-sorry, Gran Turismo-5 when it's a tenner or something. I'm just quite upset about it, that's all. I get all hormonal about games nowadays, especially ones that have been brewing for many, many years. Familiarity breeds contempt, and all that.

And so I've decided that my (WUXGA)resolutions for 2011 are to eat more fruit and to never pile such lofty hopes on a single game again.

@ speedlolita: You and I both. Although mine's still alive. Maybe I should wait until it keels over before kicking it? My digital piano stand(about 1m and 3kg) fell on it last week. I've taken that as a sign I should count my chickens and finish Halo Reach and then GTFO.

I'm probably just gonna keep it going like the above for my girlfriend to complete Bayonetta on. Then I'll bin it. See how long I can put off buying another..

              Would really like a JP jasper like I used to have. ;0;

There's a new bug with PHP where it tries to process a certain number, it gets stuck in an infinate loop.

Cue millions of script kiddies descending on every PHP driven site and adding ?id=crashnumber .

My neighbours irk me so much I want to start swearing in this thread.

First upstairs, they know we work early/late and have a child. I get woken up at 2 am to the sounds of the stomping and partying until at least 4am. It isn't the first time they have done it either.

Second was a note left on my car saying I can park further down our flat carpark. As those spaces are for 'flat 7-10'. Utter crap, there are no parking bays at all, none of them are numbered as the management of the blocks decided not to bother.

                    Pricks.

Someone in the staff toilets decided to blow his nose with some loo roll.

Fair enough. Desperate times etc etc.

But then he puts the used loo roll in a nearby loo and flushes it.

Flushes an entire cistern to get shot of a bit of loo roll when he could've just put it in the bin.

Those horrible spots that feel huge but are deep down inside your skin, no amount of prodding will bring them out unless you make yourself bleed, in which case you just bleed.

                        X2 when it's somewhere bony.

Changed the ageing graphics card in mine and although it's lovely and quiet the whole system now won't wake from sleep properly.

This is called nodular acne, and it is incredibly painful and ****, especially on your back.

If you have persistent problems with it and it lasts for a long time ask your doctor to refer you to a dermatologist and get Roaccutane, it will near enough rid you of it for life (it may return at times when you're very stressed and stuff but will disappear MUCH faster than it ever did in the past, and there'll be a lot less of it).

Yeah, broke my ankle and one of the bones in my foot; get home from the hospital, wake the PC from sleep and poof!, the machine dies and won't start. After much faffing around, seems like the gfx card is knackered. I wouldn't mind, but I've only ever played one game on it (HL2) and that's hardly taxing!

So 100quid later, it's all working again. Shame it went just b4 xmas, I could have done without the expenditure and all the waiting for postage.

I had Roaccutane. Horrible stuff, but worked. Had to have lip balm on me at all times to stop my lips bleeding when I smiled....
