Then going outside and doing the same at 2am. Why would you do that? Creates a nice relaxing atmosphere when you're trying to drift off to sleep.

I share your pain, its the flat downstairs for us. You just end up laying in bed thinking of what to do. I know what i'd like to do...but i think the police frown on setting people on fire.
