Seriously I read most of those comments and there is NO facepalm large enough, not even a triple picard could facepalm the absolute stupidity of ALL of those comments.
It's so horrible that after reading those comments a little part of me started hating america, these people are no representation but jesus just makes you think about all the people who will agree with these people, sad so very sad.
One comment made me want to physically hurt the person that said it

Those comments are just amazing, even more bizzare when from the look of half of them they weren't even alive when pearl harbour kicked off. Ignorance at it's finest, yeah every country has it's shame but getting some kind of kick out of a natural disaster calling it payback, just sick.

Wonder how they would feel if people started mocking september 11th saying it was karma payback for some other **** that the US was upto, no i don't think they would like it then.

Too right mate. I know its not very nice, but I feel like signing up to FB & messaging them back with a 9/11 jibe. Not becuase I want to take the piss out of such a horrible event but just so they know what it feels like.


FFS I cant believe ppl still hold this much hatred for a country where most of the ppl during that time are probably dead. The world has moved on, & for the better in Japan. I know we shouldnt forget the atrocities but we live in a different time now & I had hoped that we as a world had learnt from our mistakes

Exactly what I was thinking. Read about 4 rows of comments thinking "there won't be many more" then realised just how long they scrolled down for. One I found odd was someone saying Japan bombing Pearl Harbour (in 1941) started WW2 (which began in 1939) - right....

Stupid Americans on/off Facebook are still Stupid Americans, they would have that opinion no matter what. The joy of social networking just mean we get to see that opinion thrust into all our faces.
Of course as someone said there will be PLENTY of americans facepalming those comments and also in shock at them although seeing them does no-one any favours

For some reason my internet connection has stopped connecting to certain websites. I can connect to imgur, I can upload an image, but if I try to actually view the image I've just uploaded, my computer's having NONE of it.

But the same image is perfectly accessible on my phone.

This is annoying, because it's preventing me from updating my blog. I can't access the image, so WordPress doesn't think it exists, so I can't put it in my blog.
