Following on from Tram woman...
Dunno how widespread this is but there's a sign in our hospital that reads something like:
Verbal and Physical Abuse will not be tolerated.
Then, underneath but on the same sign:
Racial Abuse will not be tolerated.
What!? It's like at some point in the past someone was abusive to staff but successfully used the defence that the abuse was racially motivated so they've had to add that kind of abuse specifically.Comment

Those annoying Boots adverts. Why do they have the same people in them but they call each other different names, work in different jobs, live together/don't live together, have a family/don't have a family in the various ads? Why not hire different people since they're unknowns? Better yet, why not kill them all and never show any ads again?Comment

I really hate that Littlewoods/Very advert for so many reasons:
Its annoying,
Kids rapping is just cheesy & kinda patronisisng,
Kids at that age should still believe its Santa that brings them pressies
If they dont believe then its not just 'my muvva' that gets the pressies, in fact its prob the dad who worked hard to fork out for them. But for the sake of argument it should be 'my parents'.
I've gone on & on about how I loathe those Boots ads. They belittle men as being stupid or as weak cos they cant deal with a cold while the women soldier on. And 1 of them has a bf who is gay or summat?, cos he seemed as camp as Xmas in 1 advert.
And THAT SONG has been used to death for the last 2 yrs now.Comment
