Tesco does that to me everytime I walk in there. I can feel my temper rising even before I get in there. Small aisles, ignorant selfish people pushing past, Tesco suddenly stopping selling your favourite brand of food & slyly placing their Tesco equivalent crap in its place.

full fat milk being more expensive than semi-skimmed.

surely milk is naturally full fat, and has to go through an extra process to semi-skimise it. so that one should be more money.

likewise orange juice with bits in. it must be easier/cheaper to make than juice with bits removed?

both strike me as odd

They can sell on the skimmed cream and the orange bits are usefull as flavouring. Suprisingly little wastage in factory food preperation, everything has some value.

I'm really getting fed up of those card cover things that companies increasingly stick their games & blu rays in. I've had quite a few lately and they're just a piece of card with exactly the same information the game/blu ray cover has printed on it.

They go straight into the recycling now whenever I get them.

I don't see the point, they increase the cost of production and are environmentally suspect. It seems to have got a lot worse approaching Christmas too.

I don't think you get them with other purchases. Can you imagine buying something like a coat in a card box which has a life size picture of the coat printed on it.

Agreed x10! One thing i said when i bought my dog was that he had to be a big enough breed for me not to feel like a knob when out walking him. I didn't expect seven stone of stupidity, but at least he's not small..........

ESPN AMERICA.
I've been waiting all day to watch Hockey Night in Canada, hoping Boston muller Toronto.

I switch over after MOTD and find College Handegg on. Ah, it must be nearly finished, I think. WRONG. It says 15 minutes of the 4th remaining. Oh God, with the endless adverts and downs or whatever they're called, it'll be on for ages. As I type it's STILL on, 4 'minutes' (i.e., 20) left. I check nhl.com to find Boston are 2-0 up already. Sob.

Surely they looked at the start time and thought, hmm, that game isn't going to be finished in time, we'd better put the NHL on ESPN instead (where it's been before).

Now I'll have missed an entire third of the game and just know the live feed will start during that mad old coot Don Cherry's aimless verbal diahorrea slot.

- Those that talk too much first-thing in the morning.
- The 7:50am train to Glasgow. It's just too busy.
- Commuters talking gob****e on that train.
- The telesales salesmen that phone you around 7pm at night.

Where I work there is a drinks machine about 5 feet away. People don't seem to understand the sign that say ?2 coins not taken.

A person walks up to it. Puts ?2 coin in. "ca-chink" REJECTED. Puts ?2 coin in again "ca-chink" REJECTED. Puts ?2 coin in again "ca-chink" REJECTED. They do it about 10 times and it really pisses me off. Then they walk to my desk and tell me the drinks machine doesn't work like it's my problem.

Oh god the worst part of CFB & NFL are the timeouts towards the end, although NBA is worse with timeouts and all the fouls that just drag the game on for far too long.

When I delete a post, I can either soft delete so you lot can't see it or permanently delete it from the database. If I try the later it says "physically remove". I guess you could argue it either way, but to me, it's not physically there at all.

And today there were two lanes to join a road and one of the lanes was flooded, so everyone was avoiding it and queuing in the other. Some tit in a massive 4x4 decided it was fine to go through. Yes it was fine for him, but the line of cars he showered in really dirty water were not fine. expletives.....

And then later on the main road near my house, the opposite lane is flooded and some tool in a MASSIVE jeep (biggest tyres I've ever seen) just hit the flood at full whack and it dragged him towards the kerb. I saw his face. He looked shocked and over compensated and swerved into my lane out of control. I hit the brakes and he managed to get back in his lane before hitting me. I'm sure beforehand he was thinking "this will be fine in my massive penis statement".
