If people want to have less foxes then then could start by not throwing their filthy chicken bones and burger boxes on the floor. I have cycled through the area that this happened and it is filthy.

My current irk, which is quickly turning into a potential ragefest, is that I, alledgedly, look a fair bit like James Cordon.

Now this in itself is not so much of an issue but what is starting to get to me are the number of people picking up on it and pointing it out. I've even had customers saying "see ya Smiffy" or some crap. It's some sort of Gavin and Stacy reference. I don't know as I never watch myself James on TV.

If it helps, I had to Google him. Methinks you'll need to furnish us with a mug shot.

        Go on, please.

Very minor irk but the way it says the likes of "06:30pm" for when stuff was posted on the forums.

A handful of isolated incidents doesn't qualify a species for a cull, not that I'd advocate killing animals in the first place. If the fox is as opportunistic as it is said to be, it is only taking advantage of the opportunity that we are providing it with. My main irk with this issue is the way that pro-hunting lobbyists are hijacking the story and scaremongering to further their agenda. It was an uncommon occurrence that fox hunting would not have prevented.

Why does that bother you? Have you got a stalker?

As for foxes and the "unthinkable", don't leave your doors/windows open if you aren't going to watch them properly.

It's not the forums' fault, that's just the time! I suppose threads would still work fine with just the post numbers. Is the date ok? The date at least is important as you'd then know how old a thread is.

I think the problem is that 06:30 implies AM. If you're using the 12-hour clock it should be 6:30PM, without the leading zero.

They're not pests because of aggression towards humans. They're pests because they rip up veg planted in gardens, raid bins and pose a major risk to small pets and poultry kept outside.

My neighbour's had chickens and a cockrell. One night a fox came in and killed the lot. Just for fun. Presumably the same one tried the same trick at a house a few doors down, but met with a shotgun blast.

Today's irk: driving to nursery and some lady is riding her bike with a hi-vis jacket. All good stuff, but on the back of the jacket it had a huge "30" sign (like a roadsign). What the hell is that about? We were in a 50 zone. Get it right.

When my nan was evacuated, she saw the after effects of a fox getting into a large chicken coop and absolutely loathed foxes for the rest of her life. A fox will kill every single chicken it comes across, they are an incredible menace for people keeping poultry.

Never seen that before. I'm pretty sure that kind of thing is illegal though.
