Riiiiiight, I'm being the dick. Perhaps I should run to the boss to tell him all about it.
How do you think your manager is going to view you? Two minutes in the job and you don't trust his judgement to even raise the issue with him? In many firms that would be insubordination and be instant dismissal.

Everywhere I look people are sticking apostrophies on the end of words to make them plural. It just drives me nutty looking at it. It's the only form of grammatical error that annoys me like this. It isn't wrong by omission but wrong by trying to be a smart arse. It's as if people know of apostrophies but have no idea where to put them so using them to pluralise just fits the bill. Even this forum falls guilty of it.
What takes the biscuit is sainsburies. They have a huge sign above the music aisle that says: CD's. Is the implication that this aisle belongs to the discs or maybe the sign does? Does check anyone these things? It boggles the mind.
