The marketing for that power mat is evil as it never shows you an iphone/ipod or DS or PSP sitting in a dock ontop of that mat or with a special adapter.

In fairness to it, it does on the box and it mentions, albeit in a very hard to see place that the charging units are sold separately. However, for the expense of the mat (70+ quid) you'd have thought they'd include at least one.

Best present had to be a telescope from my in-laws with a (hopefully still valid...) 1 years free subscription to Popular Science. Next is the special transforming Bubblebum TF:Revenge of the Fallen 2-disc DVD from my sister-in-law.
Other than that I got massage oil, chocolate and biscuits. Oh and Super Robot Taisen NEO, SupaRobo Gakuen and Phantasy Star Portable 2.

I got sweet FA for Christmas since I broke up with my girlfriend earlier in the year and my parents were visiting my sister. Can't complain though since my mum cleared my mortgage a few months ago (and I'm 24 so hadn't exactly paid a lot of it off).
