I didn't known how to scroll in the reply box either until someone told me or if you read the manual. You do a two finger swipe within the reply box to scroll up or down.

Hopefully it will improve as it's one of the reasons I bought an iPad.
Ditto... It's a shame more aren't like Wired. Would love some embedded videos of the games. Just seems like the least amount od work required to get stuff on the appstore ATM.

Anyhoo.... Has anyone tried Bruce Lee? I keep seeing it, and keep seeing the good scores, but I'm wary of the controls...

It's ok for an iPad game, it ain't no Tekken. Quite limited number of moves and would possible get an hour or two out of it, gets repetitive quite quick.

Are people only going with the wi-fi version? I am thinking of getting one next pay day and thought the 3g would be the best option.

It's weird. Having spent the afternoon looking at them in an Apple Store I don't know if I want one anymore.

Sure, it's a nice looking piece of kit but I don't know if I'd use it to it's full "potential".

Depends whether you plan on being on the move with it I guess. I'm actually contemplating picking one up for use at home (And *only* at home) so I would go with WiFi only.

Discalimer: And only because I might be able to get one cheap through a family member.

I went with the wifi version. I have a phone that can act as a wireless hotspot, so didn't seem much point in paying the extra for the 3G version. Besides, even if my phone didn't do this, it's still cheaper (and probably better as you can use it with other devices too) to buy a Mifi.

Which phone do you have? I like that sound of that.

I went with the wi-fi only version, then jailbroke my iPhone 3G and bought MyWi which lets you turn your iPhone into a wireless hotspot.

I have a HTC Desire, but any phone that has Android 2.2 on it will give you hotspot capabilities. 2.2 isn't officially out yet for the Desire (should be this month, or soon after)... but you can get unofficial versions already.

I believe some Windows Mobile 6.5 do the same also.

edit: or yeah, do that with an iPhone ^^^ ... Either way, wouldn't go for the 3G version!

I won't be jailbreaking, and I don't much fancy paying for the tethering either. It's not like I can change my phone for some time, but I'll definitely be looking at alternative options when the contract is up.

I can do that on my Nokia E72 using Joikuspot. I thik a lot of phones can do it. Virgin don't seem to care about me tethering either. All part of my allowance it seems. Nice!

                          EDIT:
Played on my mate's iPad on Friday. Very nice bit of kit and clearly one that I don't need at all. Very fast though, much nippier than an iPhone.

Didn't realise you could do this with a mobile. I got a new Samsung S5600. I think I will investigate the chances of me doing this with my new phone. I am useless when it comes to stuff like this though.

No footy on today so got bored and discovered my local Currys had 32gb ipads just in, so got th wi-fi only

Got it home and initially was a touch disappointed, don't know why but didn't grab me for some reason.

Put my apps on and got it all set up and am now totally in love with it, surfing is simply sublime compared to my old EEE laptop.

What a wonderful bit of kit.

Been seeing bad reviews for the Angry Birds HD app, lots of crash reports, anybody here tried it ?

Great fun for surfing the web on but usually as I'm sat near my laptop, I only pick it up for an hour a day or so. Hardly any of the apps interest me really. That said, its great for just picking up and taking to a friends or something. Great bit of kit really.
