I loved Mountain Dew before it mysteriously vanished from our corner shops. I've sacked having fizzy drinks off since the beginning of the New Year, however I'm curious to see if they have changed the taste to something less Full Fat.

Last year, nobody told me that Tizer had been sabotaged. Tastes like poncey fruit punch with a hint of cabbage now.

I had a 2nd mountain dew it tasted better, I think toothpaste had spoiled my first experience

Why did they change Tizer? It used to be pretty sweet. Irn Bru is still one of the kings of fizzy pop though

IIRC any decent China Town worth its salt, usually stocks Sarsi which as I believe it is root beer. Lyris, you should peep that ish

Sarsaparilla? Nah, still waaaaaay off the mark. I can't believe you don't know what root beer is man.

Technically sarsaparilla is a kind of root, but then so is D&B and ginger and even cola.

Traditional root beer tastes like what germaline smells like. Both of our Wetherspoons stock it so yours will too.

You're right, the Glasgow Chinatown (which is more like China-car-park) does have Root Beer brought in from Singapore. I usually avoid it unless it's the diet stuff though, the amount of caffeine I slurp at my desk is enough to make every calorie count!
