According to what you read, Manny's camp have tried 3 times to get mayweather into the ring and each time he has made excuses about, drugs, money and location and pulled out.
Manny has said he will fight Floyd anywhere even for a reduced pot to no avail, so thats when you have to draw the conclusion that Mayweather is frightened of losing to him after years of spurting his bull**** about how great he is and that he's the best ever.
Make no mistake, Mayweather is a superb boxer technically, possibly the best on the planet, but what he isn't is a brawler. A lot of his fights have been pedestrian in most cases (even though he has fought some great boxers) and he's never fully been tested in my book by someone who will get in his face with ferocity. He has a great defense which is far too good for almost all of the division.
But i'm with Mcguigan and Roach on this in that i just feel that Manny's speed, power, and intense relentlessness brutality would prevail, though that amazing workrate he has will start to wane soon so the fight has to be within the next 12 months. Pacman has gone up god knows how many divisions and beaten everyone in front of him and never ducked anyone. You simply can't say the same for Floyd no matter how good he is until he faces Manny.
