Also, is there not an indignity in being milked for a commercial product? The mother must be getting paid a fair amount to part with the milk, unless she really needs the money.

Not really, people have been drinking cow and other animal milk for thousands of years, but adult drinking human milk has probably always been a taboo. It's a cultural thing, not biological.

Answer for the topic: no way. I'm paranoid enough about germs, drinking milk from some random person who has done god knows what to their bodies is a really repulsive idea.
