14 years on here and I can finally throw my hat into the ring of the recent batch of BD-Dad's. Today was first scan day and was smooth sailing, Mini-Supes was a-wiggling and a-jivving plenty so easy to see it in all it's glory. Countdown to Scan 2 commences.

My friend gave me this book when I became a dad and I loved it so much, I've bought it for several other friends after they found out they were becoming dads too.

There are some great anecdotes in there and I laughed at his description of how other blokes react to the news:
1. They don't have any kids and they give you a look like you're going to Northern Siberia
2. They they do have kids and give you a look that says "Welcome to Siberia!"

I've started reading this and am about half way through. It's really funny but actually explains things very well. Even my wife lol'd at the description of ventouse (despite the fact that she may end up having to have it used). Well recommended.
