10 mins from home after a long bike ride and being knackered, bang rear tyre flat due to 2 thorns stuck in it ffs

earlier in the ride a mates front tyre punctured and i laughed.

what goes around comes around is probably true and i got my share.

Why don't people take a few seconds to verify if an email or Facebook post is fake before forwarding it?

What's worse is these scam posts that say "95% of people will get this wrong". Queue 150,000 people all trying to show how clever they are even though it's a blatantly easy question. And then the post gets sold to other scammers who can then try and spam 150,000 with other stuff.

Though judging by the rate I seem to be aging that won't be far off.

I always thought 18 to 30 was supposed to be the prime of your life when you look alright, can get away with being a bit unhealthy etc... I feel like I've been totally screwed over in that respect; like I have literally leap frogged that time and jumped from 17 to 40.

My life is basically an extended episode of Quantum Leap at this point.

I started to get grey hairs in my beard around when I was 30... they are slowly getting more common, but are still easily in the minority, and I'm now 38. So I doubt I'll be going full grey for quite a while yet...

I have about six in my beard and a few on my head. I can remember what caused most of them. A mixture of uni exams and women.
