The Dragnoball Z figures are generally around ?30 + shipping from places like Nin-Nin-Game, AmiAmi etc.

The upcoming Power Rangers series looks to be coming in at around ?17 on AmiAmi at the mo so we might be lucky & see them at that price point

Yeah the Figuarts stuff is pretty cheap if you catch it early...once they sell out though prices can go barmy
Some of the DBZ figures are the wrong side of ?100 these days

I'll add them to my watch list & when I see stuff crop up I'll keep you posted

Ironically yesterday I took the plunge and cancelled my Tigertrack preorder. With the photo's out... I don't feel too bad. He's nice and all but lacks something, dunno what, but the custom photo's from months ago looked better.

Yeah I'm not upset I never ordered him either...he's ok but as a lower tier character that I didn't even really know much about was never high enough up on my radar to warrant a pre-order.
Better to put the money elsewhere IMO

I have never heard of this Tigertrack before and I would have counted myself as a very big early Transformers fan. How have I missed this? It's a yellow Sideswipe... and yet not Sunstreaker.

He is pretty left field so I wouldn't worry too much...I wasn't even really sure of where he fitted in to be honest.
as a G1 toy he was a Japanese Mail Away exclusive so never made these shores from what I remember.
He was based off world so as far as I recall never appeared in the cartoon either.

I'm surprised they chose him for the recolour.
I'd have thought a Generation 2 Black Sideswipe would have been more obvious or even the Police variants for Clampdown or Deep Cover would have been first.

As for Sunstreaker don't expect just a recolour of Sideswipe.
It's been stated that he's getting a full new mold so he'll be the same as the G1 toy.
Don't exepct him soon though, rumour is he'll be towards the end of the licensing agreement with Lamborghini so could be over a year away yet.

I've been hearing rumblings that the next car could well be Mirage which I can't wait for, he was easily one of my best of the original '84 line up.

Yeah was good I just loved the play between them as twins

I loved having both as a kid but I always though Sunstreaker looked weird as a robot, just so ungainly
I'm guessing the Prototype Lambo he was based on didn't lend itself very well to being a toy.

I'm looking forward to seeing how Takara handle him as they are going for correct scale & cartoon accuracy

The money you saved is better used elsewhere, he'd be nice to have but not important enough by any stretch of the imagination to drop that sort of money on.

I think mine was so well played with that I'd lost his fists by the end of it & had to make do with the bizarre missles you could use instead.
