People who refuse to Google things.

Someone on FB was asking about VPNs for Netflix. I mentioned Unblock Us and wrote what it's like. She asks for a link to their website but I'm busy making breakfast so she actually waits the half hour or so I take to make and eat it.

Is it really difficult to google the name? It's the first hit, ffs.

It happens all the time. Yes, I could post the link. But I'm on my phone and doing other things, too.

I'm not surprised FB has been experimenting with search. Who needs google when you can just get someone else to google things for you?

Branding in TV shows.

I don't watch many TV shows but the obvious plugs from Sony and Vizio in Breaking Bad irk me slightly.

Also the fact everyone is using a flip phone. Is this supposed to be set in the past or something? I assume it's just been made this way because the action of flipping a phone out is more dramatic than sliding a screen but even so, seems a little unrealistic.

Clam phones are a lot more popular in the States and Japan than in the UK.

For example, I have a Sharp Aquos SH-10c from Japan that is waterproof, has a 3D camera and glasses-free screen, you can watch TV on it, it's touch screen and has physical keys, the screen can be rotated 180 degrees and is 100% waterproof.

If only I could get the bloomin' thing to boot up, I'd be laughing...

Yeah, I'm aware of the popularity of clam phones in Japan at least. I'd love something from the likes of Docomo or Sharp.

I guess it's more the issue that all the phones are the same model with different colour variations. They seem like phones from 2005 or something.

My closest friend is moving to the other side of the planet for years. That makes me sad. I have a void. Flip side is that I now have a vacancy. Must enjoy cheesy movies, beer, salt and vinegar crisps. Applications in writing please.

GAME. And their PS4 bundles.

Walk in with the cash and say I'd like to buy a PS4. Conversation goes something like:

Me: I'd like to buy a PS4 please.
GAME: Certainly sir. We have the ?539.99 package and the ?549.99 package.
Me: I just want the console.
GAME: We're only doing those bundles at the minute.
Me: OK, bye.

Proper pissed me off. I don't want their bundled game, 1 year PS+, PSN credit and a couple of blu ray movies we already have. I JUST WANT THE CONSOLE! Tesco here are pre-ordered up until March and the only other option is Argos, but heir stock goes out like **** off a shovel.

Oh well, looks like I'll be waiting a while.
