Myself atm. Drank what could be considered a lethal amount of alcohol last night and said some things that needed to be said I guess but I did it in a harsh way - the words stupid, **** and **** were used a fair bit.

Kind of trying to repair the damage atm but it's difficult as I made these comments to protect them from getting seriously hurt. I was just far, far too pissed to do it in a tactful way.

Game store yet again failing to get my business due to being totally out of touch with what's going on around them.

I went in to get Super Mario 3D Land (3DS) for my son.
Game store Brand new, but out of stock: ?40
Game store Preowned ultra tatty, 1 left: ?35
game.co.uk Brand new: ?30
Argos Brand new next door: ?35...........

Seriously why would anyone go to Game - it feels like they are trying to rip me off. Trying to pass off 2nd hand goods with manuals that look like they've been dangled in a shredder at prices higher than brand new in shop next door - it's just insulting. The quicker they let the staff in-store modify the prices outside of the wishes of head office, the better.

I reckon that's his actual laugh. Someone on my physics degree had exactly the same laugh and I know it was genuine because my jokes made him do that.

Boxed Saturn I bought for about 5x what the price in yen was on the box. Not a huge issue, the main irk is that someone tried removing the sticker on the back so only the silver of the sticker remains.

I'm also sure that the RGB cable bundled with the machine isn't a JP spec one as described. Otherwise the machine is in lovely conditon (white mark 2 machine) but I much prefer the oval button grey model.

Seriously considering just selling on the white one right away. Disappointing.

I'm gonna check inside to see if it has had the mod done that I just did to my grey Saturn. Otherwise I'll perform that mod and the cable it came with (official model 1 PAL cable) will perform perfectly.
