No more ALTing for me after this contract is finished next month

I'll miss teaching but I definitely won't miss yearly contracts, the possibility of being moved hither and thither, lack of promotion, dodgy schools/staff/dispatch companies(although my schools are exemplary and my dispatch company has been ok with me at least) and unpaid summer holidays.

I'm over the moon right now. I've been stressed since I got here wondering what would happen so now I can finally relax.
