Worked from home for the first time today, which basically boiled down to spending a good portion of the afternoon with numerous cups of tea while I scripted some CasperJS automation tests. Nice to finally have a job where I'm encouraged to learn something new all the time.

The board also gave me a pay rise last month, five months after I started. First time I've ever had one.

First day of my new job (same firm but promotion)...

2 hour lie in this morning...half the day at lunch, got some equipment moved then home for 4.45pm.
