Apparently my issue was due to an automated server not resetting. Only took about 2 weeks to fix then.



Tiny compared to some people here but 10x better than it was before. Hooray!

My line has settled down now. I'm too far from the cabinet (600m on ancient copper lines) to get the promised 80/20, but it's rock solid all hours at this speed and unlimited, so I'm happy:


Neighbour is also on vivaciti and gets exactly the same speed.

What's amazing is that Steam will max out your connection. It maxes mine and my mate has a 150Mbit Virgin Cable connection and it'll max that out too. A 4 gig game on Steam downloads in about 3 minutes. Madness!
