Ha ha ha! I'd be culled in the Grammarpocalypse for that heinous error!

I added the case and protector part as a rushed afterthought because I didn't want people to think I'm the kind of guy who doesn't use protection.

Xperia screens do seem to shatter quite easily. Mine fell about 20cm and same thing, had to use a mouse to get my stuff off it. Also read about how people leave the phone on charge and wake up with the back panel cracked. Happened to mine while filming 4K.

I've got a silicone rubber lol. I've chucked my phones all over the place. They never break. They do however bounce at crazy angles into other stuff and break those...

Computers. Macs especially. My wife's Macbook is refusing to send images at their actual size (yes, even when actual size is selected). Always shrinks them down to crap while sending.

Computers frustrate me because the time I spend trying to get them to do what they're supposed to do never ever feels of value.

Sounds more like you have your email set to auto compress stuff, make sure you aren't dragging and dropping either, but browsing to it so it isn't creating a preview on the fly. Never heard of mac's resizing images when not asked to it will def be your email settings, (graphic designer with about 18 years of experience on macs).

Yeah, I'm not dragging and dropping. I'll check the settings to see if there is some menu setting somewhere although in the email itself it gives me a dropdown menu and I'm selecting actual size - as far as I'm concerned if this option exists and is selected, it should override any other settings. And it looks perfect in the Mail window. It's only when it's sent that it ends up shrunk. Will look again later. Had to get it from the Macbook via USB key and send from a PC to get what I needed done.

Good on you, mate. I agree that we can advance to a point where we don't need it and I think in many cases we're quite close. I'm trying to cut down. While I'm of course not against eating meat I do feel a personal responsibility to reduce my contribution to the factory farming industries at the very least. Here in Japan tofu is cheap, widely available a pretty good source of protein. Especially the dried blocks that have a texture quite like chicken breast. Natto is high in protein, too, but an acquired taste for less adventurous types(I bloody love the stuff, especially on spaghetti with mayo).

                  Spot on mate.

As they have zero space to move they are over fed and become over weight. They become so heavy their legs break under their own weight and they lie in there own piss with the ammonia burning their skin.

Before people become high and mighty about Halal meat I suggest they check their own shopping habits as they often fuel the intensive, factory farm beast.

I find it so weird that we don't yet have synthetic food yet, or at least as far as I know. All our food still comes from living beings. I'm a meat eater but I'm a self-hating meat eater, which doesn't in any way make it better. The amount of lives we take each year appalls me. But I'm probably unusual in counting plant life in there too. How freaked out would someone be if they walked into a sitting room where every piece of furniture was made from cow bones - skulls, ribs, femurs? But we'll happily use wood all over the place. That was a life. It's acceptable because the life is so different to ours. But then even within what we do with animals, we're so picky. Who would wear a cow head hat? But we use its skin for everything. And when you start to look even slightly deeper, like just things such as where rennet that is used to make cheese comes from, the whole thing is pretty hideous.

There are good reasons we take steps to hide these things from our daily lives. And yet they are still there all the time.

Does Tofu in Japan come from plantations in Brazil?

I'm a meat eater and I like it. Not going to pretend I consider the health of animals either when I do it. Of course I'd rather things be as humane as possible.

I'm with you on this one. It's going to happen irrespective of if I choose not to so I buy the best I can afford and less of it. I always try to buy organic grass fed meat that way at least in some small way I know the animal was well looked after and cared for despite its purpose of going in the food chain.

Given you can now list X items for free per month, there's no excuse to keep using reserves in those circumstances. I just start my auctions at the lowest price I'd be willing to accept for the item.

I'm the same. I mean I buy the better eggs etc. and wish animals no specific harm, but I've never felt guilty that an animal died for my food. It just doesn't bother me in the way it bothers some people.
