They're dreadful. My girlfriend got one for Christmas last year, and I can't believe how awkward they are to use, compared to an iPad. I've never used any of the high-end Samsung devices, but I assume all Android devices aren't like this, or no-one would put up with them.

My niece got a Kindle Fire HD for Xmas and it wouldn't turn on by Boxing Day
