Today my Wife who works at home stopped a van stealing stuff from our neighbours garden, he had the cheek to try and say he'd got permission to take stuff from the owners which he obviously didn't as they where at work. You would think the little money they get form scrap wouldn't cover the petrol they waste driving about nicking old barbecues and kids scooters.
