Comic book transitions to TV shows/movies. Not that it happens, but just the sheer quantity of them. I know for many here it's brilliant, but I'm sick of constant new releases or announcements.

Agreed; the marvel franchise is milked as much as Mario nowadays.

Yeah saw a list yesterday, like 30+ comic book movies to be released by 2018... I don't think I've watched any marvel movies since the abysmal X-men 3 or Spiderman 3 whichever was the last released.

Friends treating me like their therapist and evaporating when I've spent hours objectively helping them with their relationship problems. I've been told that I'm a good listener but its happened so many times now that I'm starting to feel a bit used. The sad thing is that if something goes wrong I know that they'll suddenly get back into contact.

Was standing in line in CeX today. In minorly close proximity to some older gentleman with a bag full of DVDs to sell. I'm standing perfectly innocently looking at some of the HDDs they have for the sale and the guy grunts something at me, as if I'd done something wrong.

Felt like asking him directly what he was talking about and then proceeding to yell at him for being so rude. I'm so fed up with how people behave, what's wrong with being civil and keeping yourself to yourself?

Older people these days have no manners. I declare them "unyouths" and label them more selfish than the youngsters. They feel like they've been wronged by the years they've spent doing very little and have nothing better to do that to attack those who have goals.

Or something.


Having to kick a pair of old native women out of my building at 1pm. I understand they were trying to get warm, but they shouldn't be doing it there. What really pissed me off was that they were sat there with cans of beer. They were wearing hats that proclaimed "Native Pride". Really?
As they were leaving one of them ask me not to be angry at them. I explained that I really wasn't (which is true), but it just wasn't the place to stop.

(for those who don't remember, I spent half the year coming home from work in the morning and kicking homeless out of the basement two days a week or more)

Cutting out comic book films after two bad films is like cutting out comedies after watching two Adam Sandler films

In the "olden days" when newspapers were king, everyone ignored each other. Now at least everyone ignores each other but continues being "social" while staring at their modern paper (phones).
