Sorry billy, that is far too direct a statement to make the grade. Try saying the same thing using twice as many words and without using any obvious vocabulary, then you'll be 100% authentic Japanese support.

lol so far I've had great experiences dealing with Dell's tech support(same as in the UK) but KDDI's office phone support is a ruddy nightmare. They do what you're talking about so I usually start my conversations with "Is there anyone there who knows how to...?"
Luckily I'm the complete opposite of 100% authentic Japanese support and will stay that way.

Finished the first One Piece book today. It's my first ever manga. Gf's been reading it since it started way back in 1997 and it's on its 76th volume. It was slow-going at first as I was translating every word I didn't but then I decided to just read and only check if I got stuck or a word kept repeating and looked important.
It's released every three months so I'll be able to catch up with her soon enough which will be pretty wicked. She has almost all of them, too, which helps!

I don't know if anybody notices these things when I do it.
If there is anybody else with particuarly 2003 level avatars, point them out

Smile, never knew this existed until today, amazing piece of engineering
Falkirk Wheel video of the world's largest boat lift . It transfers canal boats from the Union Canal to the Forth and Clyde Canal in Scotland. It takes about 5 minutes for the Wheel to turn so I have made this a time lapse film and speeded it up. the Falkirk Wheel is a unique piece of engineering and attracts thousands of visitors a year
