So the appeals court in Scotland has ruled prorogation unlawful.
I don't see how this changes the current situation though. The English courts disagree and parliament is already shutdown.
The Supreme Court of the United Kingdom serves as the highest court of appeal for civil cases under Scots law (and I'm fairly certain this was a civil case in Scotland) so the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom will have the final say. Perhaps they'll take it to the European courts afterwards
However, calling for the recall of Parliament is nothing but political posturing and grandstanding at this point - it isn't going to happen.
