A bit miffed at the fact OG Xbox HALO isn't backwards compatible.

Parent calls in complaining they thought the dentist was a bit short about their 7 year old kid that had 8 rotten teeth cause he wanted to refer to have them treated at a place that specialises treating kids with sedation 2 months ago.

Of course we are not allowed to be angry or insulted they have let their child’s teeth get in such a bad way she needs 3 of her adult teeth out before she is 10 (note she is not a patient but someone we saw through the nhs emergency line as they weren’t registered anywhere.) The poor child is in pain and scared of the dentist as they have never been before (child cried before even the dentist came in when I offered some goggles to wear).

Most places locally are stopping doing sedation under the nhs or have at least an 18 month waiting list currently. So many practices have closed in general so we are getting so many unregistered people with huge problems daily now.

Today alone we saw 4 kids under 8 with multiple rotten teeth, including a 4 year old with decay on all 20 teeth.
We have had multiple emergencies of adults coming in with a problem and needing multiple teeth outs I thought the guy needing 6 molars out was bad until we had a 25 year old girl coming in needing at least 11 teeth out plus a ton of fillings that may end up being unrestorable.

This is the start of an avalanche and I don’t think think dentistry under the NHS like it is today is going to continue for much longer.

Current boss at the petrol station shop i worked for, we do no ice cream milkshakes etc and i advised they really need to reduce the amount of toppings and sauces as to much is going to waste....they took this feed back decided to quadruple the amount of toppings and sauces "facepalm"

Veet facial hair removal cream.

I've used the regular cream on my legs for years no problem. Tried this cream as an alternative to get rid of ****ty hairs my PCOS gives me on my face which I usually deal with tweezers or a quick shave. Didn't want to wax as my mum has had issues with it in the past.

Tested it no issue on lip. Used it and its burned 2 nasty areas under my chin I was in agony all day yesterday despite using it for less time than the max (only started hurting when I removed it.)
Now have 2 nasty burn scabs on my face so I look worse than ever. Glad I'm not at work this week and get to wear a mask when I do, just hope there is no scaring as it looks really nasty like a very bad graze which only hurts when I touch it.
