Also what they said when asked if other people who had been fined for breaking lockdown could get the same treatment as Cummings and not have to pay.

Yeah they backtracked on it pretty quick after Hancock said they would during one of the special briefings.

Shouldn’t be too difficult to get the Brexit they desire. Faff about with the negotiations, no extension and there’s your June hard Brexit.

There's absoutely no chance of an agreement so it'll be a no deal Brexit - the UK won't agree to common standards and the EU wants common standards, because if they allow the UK to have special access the the single market, why would any other member state want to be part of the EU? Then there's fishing rights.

It'd take a massive U-turn by Johnson & Cummings and we know that isn't going to happen.

Also Cummings is a massive liar and broke lockdown rules

Imagine being somebody who voted Brexit to get rid of "unelected bureaucrats" running the UK, only to now be confronted with Dominic Cummings.

I think the subtle irony is lost on a lot of Brexit voters to be honest. The fact is the UK has far more bureaucrats in government employment than the EU.

I watched Outbreak at the weekend. Not too excited about cinemas.

Emily Maitlis was replaced in tonights Newsnight for rubbishing Johnson and Cummings on air the night before.
Maitlis says she asked for the evening off. Read into that what you will...

Presenter Emily Maitlis had been told her remarks about Dominic Cummings breached BBC guidelines.

In a surprise to absolutely no-one, the PMs "world beating" track and trace system - unveiled to some fanfare in last week's PMQs and due to go live on June 1st - is basically placeholder for a system that might work by end June: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/world-52828885

If the BBC took her off air because of impartiality, then why not another well known broadcaster who gave out details of labour votes during the election??

Why would they announce something to go live on June 1st that isn't going to be ready until the end of the month at the earliest? Is there something in the news headlines they're trying to shift?
