DonQuijote is everywhere and I agree, well worth popping in. They even have an adult toy section in the Kyushu stores!

The one in Shibuya does too, if I remember rightly.
But I prefer Love Merci or Adult Shop M's for that stuff

I honestly have no idea about those stores. The only one I remember is from way back in 1998, a massive store or so I remember in Harajuku called Condommania.

I went back in there and had Karaage Skewers, Oyakodon, Pork Cutlet and Egg with Rice. And there was a weird English version of the theme playing!

More importantly, I managed to find a scruffy little retro game shop and bought two separate "games" with your avatar on...

Classic! Sounds like you got a nice old winter filling right there. I don't think I've heard the English version of the theme though. Hard Off in the past had English and Chinese versions of their announcements but seem to have stopped them in recent years.
Ah, I think I know which DC games you found. Can't remember the names of them but one if about a treasure hunt from what I remember.

Bought a broken OSSC locally for 25 quid, hoping I could fix it. I assumed its the old "plugged a 9v or 12v PSU in, instead of 5v" but having looked at the SMD on it, probably way beyond my soldering skills and I should have researched a bit better. Anyway voltages seemed ok on various fuses and resistors.

Anyway, bought a 10 quid USB blaster clone as a last ditch attempt, reprogrammed the FPGA and wahey! it's all working fine. :thumbs:
