The Highway Code is going to be updated to reflect new rules for self-driving cars. Under the new rules you still won't be allowed to use your mobile phone but you will be allowed to leave all liability to the manufacturer and watch films or browse the internet. Drivers are still expected to remain prepared to take over control of the vehicle if necessary in a not at all contradictory rule set.Comment

But some of the Tories get in over and over with voting records that have genuinely awful things in them.

I watched Newsnight last night and I just despair. They had lines of Tories backing Boris.
