Coursera has free courses on stuff, although I think for a little higher than you want.

I have access to distance learning booklets (the distance learning centre in question is now defunct) aimed at year 8 kids with learning disabilities, just let me know how I can upload them for you.
I'm going to be printing them for my wife to have a go at as well.
