She hasn't even done much of anything in her campaign yet (except inadvertently fill the internet with coconut memes).
It's particularly notable that she's polling a landslide 60% with Gen Z and with Hispanics, two critical groups that Biden was failing to win over this year.
When you look at US elections over time, significant 18-30 turnout (~50%+) generally correlates with a Democrat win, especially a first-term Democrat. It was true of (Bill) Clinton, Obama and Biden.
Old man Biden wasn't inspiring the youth vote this time out, but if Kamala continues to fire up Gen Z, it could make a real difference to the outcome.

President cites supreme court decisions that he says eroded civil rights, including presidential immunity ruling and overturning of Roe
Biden reveals plan to limit Supreme Court Judge terms to 18 years, set a new code of ethics and strip Presidents of any immunity during office.
It's a strong move, destined to fail but it firmly places the Republicans in the position of either agreeing or looking like they support the strong anti-American dictatorship ambitions Trump is in the spotlight for. Coming from Biden, it also gives him a flag to wave on the way out whilst splitting Trump's attention between him and Harris.
