Oh! I love the home kit!

They should get rid of the collar for once and for all for all their tees. Also, do the tees come with some sort of breathable material under the corner of the sleeves as I play football every now and again and would like to come home in a less than a sweaty pig state.

The thing I like about the Liverpool home kit is that it is unique. AFAIK, the collar style we have is only for us and I really like that year's adidas style.
I like the away one of the new 'uns but not the home collar. Away oneis reminiscentof the Candy jobby fromyears back.

I believe AC Milan also have the collar.

I think the current kit has a dodgy collar and too much white. We are THE redmen.

New home shirt does look good, don't mind the latest collar.

Have a good feeling about the game tonight, if we're on form no reason we can't take a lead to the second leg (crosses fingers, touches wood, prays for a dodgy penalty )

I'm hoping for a nice win tonight, not a comfortable draw, a WIN. I just hope we don't do the usual and make it hard for ourselves. We have had a tendency; recently to enjoy the odd uphill battle.

I'd take a 0-0 tonight to be honest, but hopefully we can bag a 1-0 or even 2-0 win with the form we're in. I'm actually quite glad we're away in the second leg too - I find it way too nerve-wrecking when the second legs get tight (like they always do between us and Chelsea) and you know that an away goal can end it in an instant. As long as Chelsea don't score tonight I'll be happy, because I think we can do them at the bridge.

Well, in a manner of speaking, they didn't.

Already a load of youtube videos of JAR's goal up - it looked quite comical, unlike his Luton one which was quite unlucky. Why on earth did he try to get his head to the ball - it wasn't exactly high off the ground.

So an interesting second leg ahead then. Have Liverpool scored at Stamford Bridge under Benitez?

Becuase hes completely left footed and would have had to have cleared the ball with his right and probabaly knocked it in the net anyway.... well im guessing that was his chain of thought.

                      Gutted

But we have yet to score at stamford Bridge which is a bizarre stat. But, these runs always end and I think it will next week.

Anyway, I saw enough to believe we can do it. Mourhinio's Chelki were definitley better all round....

Agree, Chelsea also have a big game at the weekend, we don't. Sure we'll score at Stamford Bridge, just hope it's one more than they do.

How must Riise be feeling this morning eh, picture on the front and back of virtually every newspaper.

More or less center, inside your own box, any inswinging cross is going to be hard to deal with, but getting your head to the ball a foot off the ground is totally stupid.

Although it looks like a fair chunk of blame should go to the goalkeeper, who should perhaps have come out and smothered the ball.

                          Isn't hindsight fun?
