Every team goes through a bad patch. Stick with him. It's not like there are better available alternatives out there.

You let a lot of quality and experience go at the end of the season, some was the clubs choice and some players like Carvalho wanted to leave. Problem is that you didn't replace any of the players. I'm astonished that Chelsea thought that the kids were good enough to step up to the first team squad, they simply aren't.
I know you had an injury crisis that was beyond usual expectation but had Chelsea still had last years squad they would have been fine.

FA Cup, Champions League and Qualification place to play for, can't afford to write off the season. We can still end the season on a high (just ask Hiddink how you can salvage a 'lost' season)

Kalou misses unacceptable amounts of chances (our two problems are shocking defensive lapses and an inability to turn possession into goals), Ramieres is lightweight, can't deliver the fast paced balls we need to tear apart teams that stick 9 men in the box and generally stifles the creativity up front.
McCaechron has impressed me, he need to bulk up and toughen up but I think he's done pretty well when he's played for someone so young. He's at least been deserving of some starts over Ramieres who needs a kick up the arse.
Drogba and Anelka both get frustrated when they're not getting the ball, Drogba in particular has a habbit of sulking.

Not amazing but we got the result and started to play well towards the end. Finally catching a bit of a break.
Sturridge deserved a start or at least more playtime than he got after his performance in the FA Cup, Ancelotti lacks the guts to do big gestures like that though. McCeachron and Sturridge are both on the verge of showing their worth, they need to be given a chance, especially when they've worked hard.

Not an amazing first half overall but two clinical finishes including a stunner from Drogba. We're too slow to break on the counter and we give the ball away far too easily in the middle.
Still, we're coping defensively and it's the result that matters. About time we got some results when we're not playing well.
