I'm pretty sure side partings are actually back in fashion at the moment so that's probably why half the England team look like they are from dads army.

As for the match, it was an ok performance. I can't say I was impressed but I can't say I was deflated by it either.

I have to say though that with Chelsea's European exploits and this really defensive English team I'm a bit worried how us as a country are coming across within the sport now though. We have turned into Italy.

Decent performance, a few things to work on over the next few days but many positives to be taken from the game. Solid start overall.
