Need to see the replay again, but it looked to me more like Costa stuck out his leg and stood on the Dutch players foot, more than anything else.

Have to say I thought it was a definite penalty in real time though, always easier with the benefit of a replay or two.

Great cross and brilliant header from Van Persie, really sublime. Sets it up nicely for the second half.

And 2-1 to Holland! Great control by Robben to bring the ball down, beat the defender, then a great finish. Really good match. A shame the final in 2010 wasn't this good!

3-1 to the Dutch! Glad they didn't give a free kick for Van Persie jumping with the Spanish keeper, keepers are protected far too much even when forwards are genuinely trying to win the ball.

Yeah i think its peaked already, would be amazed if any game tops this one. Was just stunning to watch, one of the best World Cup games i have seen in many a tournament. Total football indeed.
