?5 games in morrisons

I keep seeing people mention these offers, but out Morrisons barley has any release games at the moment let alone a bargains section. It's a real mess, could be why I have taken to ordering online.

I wish my local Morrisons would have some decent offers that some of you guys are seeing. The only thing my one had was Lost Planet 2 on PS3 for ?5. Though my local normally has a good clear out in the New Year sales. Last year i got Bulletstorm, Enslaved and Hot Pursuit for ?5 each.

I managed to pick up House of the Dead Overkill, Blur, Deus Ex: HR, Sesame street kinect, kinectimals, final fantasy XIII-2, Rugby world cup 2011 and some others for ?0.98 each.

Supposedly even the likes of borderlands 2, Dishonoured, Skyrim and others have been ?0.98

Woo mine had a ps3 Battlefield 3 and Mario Galaxy 2 for oh ?20 each **** that you kind of think Morrisons don't really know their head from their arse the deals and prices are different in every shop

Yeah i went down to both in Bolton today and they had nothing! :/ Was hoping for a 98p Skyrim for 360! If anyone see's one please pick it me up ill pay the costs!!

Worth getting someone to scan games or taking boxes to self service and scanning yourself as not all bargains are stickered.

Worth a look down your local morrisons just now, they're clearing out a tonne of games. picked up 14 PS3/xbox 360 titles for 98p today!

Just came back from Morrisons in Farnborough and got Kirby's Epic Yarn on the Wii and a sealed copy of Super Street Fighter 4 on the 3DS, both for 98p!

How does this happen? I know it might tempt punters in but isn't 98p way too low??? How does this work financially, I mean I'm sure most peeps on here would consider ?3 a bargain for those games, and I'm pretty sure they'd fly off the shelves at the same rate at that cost as the 98p ones. Maybe I'm being a bit naive? Soz, I'm a bit 'tarded right now.

Bah, my first day off in 8 days, it's pretty cold out, was NOT gonna go out but am currently salivating at the prospect of a 98p Skyrim, even though I KNOW I won't find one and I kinda really don't wanna be arsed. Decisions, decisions...

This offer started last week Jazz, I went into my local and there were shed loads of hidden object PC stuff 98p no console games left. Heard a lot of people were clearing them out and heading to CEX for cash or eBay.
Shelves were looking scary bare, only had their top 10 games on PS3/360, a small selection of Wii/DS and no stock still of Vita/Wii U stuff.

^I always miss the *truly* crazy bargains, sigh. Will cross my fingers and hope there's summat in tomoz, though I'm not optimistic. Having said all that, do I really NEED more games??? Christ, I have a truly impressive backlog!

PS: If anyone picks/picked up a 360 Skyrim as a spare, I'd happily take one, or even swap it for a mintyish PS3 version...

Bingo! Managed to nab a 98p game from the Hunslet branch....though it was Shaun White's Skateboarding on Wii. Ah well, at least I got something. Also got Uncharted 3 and Assassin's Creed Revelations on PS3 for a tenner a pop, which suits me fine.

Did notice absolutely oodles of those PC point n' click puzzlers going for 98p, though, if anyone's a fan?

Went back in day after and they had put some more games out including Shaun White on Wii and a sole copy of Dungeon Siege 3 on PS3 98p. Also saw Agatha Christie: The ABC Murders on DS 98p, several copies, all of which were gone today.
