Tbh, why is it such a problem?

It's just good business sense. Buy something cheap, sell it for more money. I see nothing wrong with making a bit of cash on the side, its not like he's breaking the law or doing anything particuarly underhanded. If you wanna complain about someone, go complain about the buggers who rip off the elderly/disabled! :P
